The following prices should be used only as a “ballpark” idea of what to expect. In order to give you the best possible price, we evaluate each job individually based on what type of material you would like to use, the access to your jobsite and the size of the job. We provide free estimates if you would like to know what your project will actually cost.

Materials:
A quality job that will stand the test of time depends on the quality of the materials and the manner in which they are employed. Elite is determined to use the same methods on your residential job that we are required to use on all our commercial and municipal work. By using the most up to date specifications in the industry we can be confident that you are receiving the best possible quality that can be provided.
Base: Perhaps the most important part of any hardscape installation is the base. Elite uses a crushed limestone base compacted to 95%. This is installed over a stabilization fabric which is laid over your compacted sub-grade. This provides a rock solid foundation while permitting moisture to “perk”.
Sand Bed: Elite uses 1” of 2NS grade sand as a leveling bed. This is a rather course grade of sand that when “screeded” provides an extremely flat laying surface. The coarseness also permits moisture to “perk”. This is important because more moisture contained in the aggregate base of your brick or wall equates to a higher chance of heaving or settling.
